(Shadic Team operatives Jezzroy and Nicholas were deployed on Earth to counter the Insurrectionist attack there, alongside Hunter's squad of ODST specialists. John decided to take on the Reach situation himself. Jezzroy-179 and Nicholas-213 are currently locked in combat in Alaska)
Jezzroy-213: C'mon, hit me! *hits a soldier with a Battle Rifle headshot* Oops! I fired first! *ducks* I never imagined my home state becoming a war zone!
Nicholas-213: It's a shock, I know. *gets up and shoots another soldier's head with a DMR* Eat it!!
Hunter (on comm): ODSTs, going weapons hot! Gonna need help! Spartans, assist!
Jezzroy-179: *gets up and goes toward Hunter's squad*
Nicholas-213: *gets up and runs, but falls down a hole* Damn! *The hole carries various documents that were seemingly hidden. One of them has Jezzroy's name on it* Hmm... *reads it* If this is the real Shadic One, who was never a soldier, then who the hell am I working with?!
