"What the what?" I looked at Marion, and Rhoda, both pawns, covered in flour and dough, the floor littered in eggshells and mysterious liquids, Marion and Rhoda were wearing their chef outfits, with matching hats. They are both holding onto a book covered in dust, "What the hell are you two doing?" I asked, sounding kind of annoyed and gruff, "We, Rhoda and I, we were erm.." She looked to Rhoda on her left, as if asking for help to make up an excuse, "We were just having an arguement over cookbooks." Rhoda replied. I looked at the book they were holding suspiciously, I walked over to them and held out my hand, "Let me see it." They looked at each other and reluctantly handed it over, I took it and looked it over, It was old looking, wrapped in leather, a greenish color on one side and a reddish color on the other, the binding was golden and the book was closed by three golden golden clasps, each leading into a golden dragons mouth on the cover, "Tell my mother that I felt unwell and went to rest, and I do not want to be disturbed." They looked at each other again curiously, "Yes ma'am." They replied in sync. I tucked the book under my tunic and walked out of the kitchen, at the doorway I said, "Oh, and clean up this mess, will ya?" They bowed to me,"Yes ma'am." They replied again, I left them in complete confusion and walked to the west side of the castle, my bedroom. I entered, closed the big wooden door and barred it shut. I walked over to my full size bed and sat on it, I removed the book from my tunic and layed it in front of me, "How curious..." I said as I passed my fingers over the dragons heads, I put my first finger into the first dragons mouth and tried to remove it, it was stuck. The dragons mouth, filled with sharp teeth, slowly closed, no matter what I could not pull my finger out, the dragons mouth stopped closing right before the sharp teeth touched my skin, "Whew..."
