This is something my dad taught me when I was 8 :p
It's a simple, but yummy thing :3
Brazilian Style Omelette
•Ingredients chopped onions
a slice of cheese chopped up
a silce of ham/turkey/chicken chopped up
chopped tomatoes
chopped olives
chopped chive
2 eggs
salt
pepper
oregano
olive oil
•Preparation
1- Separate the egg whites from the yolks, put them into a bowl.
2- Use a mixer and mix the whites until they turn into this fluffy white shaving cream type substance.
3- Put in the yolks and mix until they are completely integrated with the whites.
4- Get a large frying pan, pour enough olive oil into it to soak the bottom, and heat up the stove.
5- Put in the chopped ingredients into the egg mixture, and mix it with a spoon.
6- Once the olive oil starts crackling, put in the egg mixture, spreading it evenly around the pan.
7- Fry until the corners are golden and the middle bubbles.
8- Flip.
9- Wait until corners golden then flip again.
10- It should be ready to remove, but you can fry it to your liking.
11- Put it onto a plate, sprinkle the salt, pepper, and oregano on it.
Eggs are a great food and this may be something I make for breakfast :p
but you'd probably be able to make this better than myself so Ya should donate this to my stomachh :u
