A port of a game is an exact copy of the game, onto another platform. This would make the OoT Collector's Edition, the one they used to make people who pre-ordered Wind Waker happy, is a port, because while they added the Master Quest, that was separate from the main game, and shared disc space. It wasn't worked in to the original data, just a neighbor, of sorts.

As stated above, a port is basically when they copy the game (Sometimes with new controls). If a game has remade graphics and/or new features and levels it's not a port.
