Comments box image:
[style].form_textarea{background:url(http:// );!important}[ /style]

Background (The one behind your bio etc.):
[style]BODY{background:url(http:// )!important}[ /style]


Make sure to remove all spaces in the codes. And where it says "http://" put the image url that you want to use there.

Don't argue with idiots because they will drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience.

We used to have a wonderful custom tags thread going for just these kinds of questions, but it's gone. Anyway, the simplest way to what you want is as follows:

[style]element{background:url(imageurlhere);}[/style]

Where it says "element", use "body" for profile background and use "textarea" for comment box background. (Paste all into your bio.)

If you need further styling help, search the blogs for "css" or "style". Hopefully a bulletin board reference will be back soon.
