Other than being silly and opening multiple instances of your group page in a PC browser, no. Groups are expected to be updated, however I wouldn't be one to advocate actions like multiple user adding. Most importantly it's because mass adding leads to just that--spam adding members, which though efficient for owners, may be annoying for invitees and irking for owners who would now have unfair advantages in the healthy competition for Popular Groups. I also feel Groups should be significantly updated, yet not overly convoluted in order to increase their popularity and ease of use just a smidgen.
