Super metroid help, tips. discussion.

if you have any discussion, tips or if you need any help. please let me know or let the others know. now I'm not that good at old games. but i don't need help right now. but so far what i did is,

when i first got started. i had to fight meta ridliy. i heard if you hit him over a 100 times or if you are on the 30s on your health tank. then he will leave you alone. so i got out of there and i was time. then that when i made it to that place called zebes. after i land the ship. that when i got started to the game. so yeah. i got a few items. my health tank is number 2. right now I'm in the fire place. I'm still finding out what to do.
