For those who watched the presidential primary debate, how well do you think each candidate did? As a reminder, here are the names of the candidates (alphabetically):
(Former CEO) Herman Cain
(Former Gov) Mitch Daniels
(Rep) Ron Paul
(Former Gov) Tim Pawlenty
(Former Sen) Rick Santorum
I will give me thoughts on the debate after seeing responses from others.
I was reading the transcript, computer is too laggy these days... I must say, Johnson seemed a bit on the mark, for my personal opinion. I only read through to the end off the water-boarding debate, when I had to get off of the computer.
Whoa bro, better slow down bro, don't wanna be a bro, bro.
If I remember right, the waterboarding portion may have been about 1/5 of the way through the debate. I thought the best questions asked related to the weaknesses each candidate had. They had to apologize, in a few cases, for boneheaded decisions made at previous times. That round was really telling as to a candidate's sincerity or lack thereof.
@Craig: I believe, this is a debate designed to determine the new "face" or candidate for the Presidency, as there are many hopefuls who want to be the one. Think of the preliminary debates for Hillary Clinton and Obama.
@Hull: Interesting, that'd be something to read about... I remember the Onion taking a bite out of Ron Paul, I believe.
Whoa bro, better slow down bro, don't wanna be a bro, bro.
