You have to use CSS inside of the [ style ] [ /style ] tags. Something like the following should work (remove the spaces between the [ style ] [ /style ] tags):

[ style ] TD {
text-decoration:blink;
}
[ /style ]

Be warned, as that would make all of the text in your bio blink.
