@Banjo2 and @Gemini Guardian (the latter of whom is no longer on Paint) helped code it for me, and I believe that this is the portion of the CSS that does it:

h1:before, h1:after{content:url(https://i.imgur.com/icXqXEC.gif);}

It used to be spinning Poké Balls (which Mimi made for me), but then Banjo helped me to shrink down an animated image of a spinning Rising Badge for me, and I replaced thespinning Poké Ball image wityh that.
(And I assume that you could replace it with any number of other different things as well, such as the spinning Chaos Emeralds on Mimi's own profile.)
