Okay, he can make another email and make another account, or he can have a friend make him an account. Although, are you sure that there is no chance that he had another account that he isn't telling you about that was perma'd a while back perhaps? Accounts don't just get instabanned for no reason. I would ask Haru about it, he may know about it. He seems to know more than anyone else.

Your question is not stupid, although I have a return question. The only two reasons for an account being instantly perma'd is because it has a a bad word in the name, or it is an alt of a perma'd user. My question is, if you made the account, then is this your second account here?
